Bright pale gold with a fine bead. Aromas of apricot, white peach and citrus peel sit alongside a faint leesy softness. The palate is dry, lively and gently textural, with natural bottle fermentation giving a fine mousse, lifted by a savoury texture and a tangy fizz. Fresh, energetic and best enjoyed young.
